Description

I was given a big pot of lilies in full bloom for my birthday. They flowered in the pot for several weeks and are now established in my garden. I have returned to watercolour and gouache this year and this is one of several paintings in this media that I have completed. Painted on 300gm watercolour paper and measuring 8x12ins, the work has been creatively framed to present a decorative item that will enhance any setting. The illustration in the Gallery is of the image only in order to show the detail of the painting. A photograph of the painting complete in the frame is available. The gallery image has been watermarked in order to protect my copyright..
