This original oil, painted on primed canvas, is of a scene I discovered one sunny, spring day whilst exploring the impressive estuary near Rochefort. The warm breeze sent clouds scudding across the luminous sky adding to the tranquil French scene. Designed to hang unframed, its unusual dimensions add extra interest and enables it to be hung in those spaces unsuitable for most paintings. Its warm colours will enhance any room setting. .
