Inka Gabriel
Inka Gabriel has worked with glass for the last 20 years. Her lights are kept in white glass with clear simple lines with the inclusion of natural and manmade materials which determine her designs. Inka makes her lamps in a range of different sizes set on solid wooden bases. Her work is equally suited to be displayed in the traditional and modern enviroment and depending upon its location can be a focal point for a room or blend seamlessly into a beautiful home. Inka Gabriel is a member of the Somerset Guild of Craftsmen
Inka Gabriel has succesfully completed an apprenticeship to be a glazier. During her apprenticeship she was early on responsible for designing and making leaded lights, lamps and picture sandblasting. Since than she has completed a number of comissions and taken part in craft fairs and art exhibition mainly in Devon and Cornwall as well as a couple of trade fairs.
